Where is each studio losing intros?

More leads did not mean more intros.

Demo Studio 2 took in more than twice the unique leads of Demo Studio, 119 against 50, and still booked fewer intros: 12 against 15. That is 10% of its leads, against 30%.

My Stores, Leads: Demo Studio 62 received, 50 unique, 34 contacted, 15 intros booked (30%); Demo Studio 2 283 received, 119 unique, 96 contacted, 12 intros booked (10%).
